I am a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Neuropsychotherapist with many years of training and experience in counselling and personal development. I am also the Director and Founder of Advantage Health Pty Ltd.

My counselling style draws from a vast array of therapeutic approaches so that I can tailor a counselling program best suited to your needs to achieve goals such as personal growth, development and healing.

I have been in private practice for almost thirteen years. Prior to this, I worked for both not-for-profit and private, corporate organisations. In total, I have been providing counselling services on the Sunshine Coast, for the past 20 years.

My years of experience have seen me assisting individuals to overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, poor confidence and many other problems. I also have extensive experience in counselling both individuals and couples struggling with issues such as domestic violence, anger management and relationship difficulties.

In session, you will be offered a warm, non-judgemental and respectful environment. It is my aim to ensure that you will feel entirely comfortable exploring matters of sensitivity without the usual level of distress that typically goes with discussing personal matters.

I believe the key to overcoming any problem is to be able to look deep within oneself to determine what you as an individual can do to change the way you think, feel and behave. Ultimately, this brings about an inner-peace and a sense of satisfaction with oneself and with life in general.
